We are pleased to announce that from the 1st of August we can offer facial treatments to all clients. It has been a long and tiring wait for this announcment, but we are please that eyebrows and lashes can finally become part of our beauty routine again.
Please call our salon for appointments or you can try booking through our online booking.
Masks/face covering must be worn while having treatments. PPE will be an additional charge on top due to the increasing cost of preventative measures while Covid 19 remains a risk.
Please wash/sanitise hands before your treatments and consent forms are to be completed before commencing.
Dry cuts temporarily suspended. Hair must be washed for the safety of spreading to staff. Additional cost for PPE use will be added while Covid 19 remains a risk.
All threading services are temporarily suspended as well as treatments surrounding the face until further notice.
There will be no more waiting area. Friends, family and children will not be allowed to wait in the premises while you are having your treatment done so please make sure you arrange it as so. We understand this will be extremely difficult for ladies with young children and hope this will change in the very near future.
General polish will temporarily be suspended on Monday and Tuesdays where our high risk clients are in the salon.
Nails or Pedicure Packs will be sold to each client. We will be reducing the use of sharing instruments. Each client will have their own files, buffers, separators etc. Clients will be expected to bring the instruments with them for the following visits.
Clients will have their temperature checked before treatment begins.
If you are feeling unwell or you are sharing a house with a member of family with Covid 19 please rearrange your appointment to when you are no longer at risk of spreading to other clients.
Senior citizens and high risk clients are advised to attend the salon preferably Mondays and Tuesdays. Low risk clients are advised to attend Wednesdays to Sunday.
We have not raised our salon prices because we believe it would be unfair to do so. Instead, we will only charge for the additional PPE or instruments that will be supplied to you when you are having your treatment. Thank you.
Treatment areas to be cleaned and sanitised regularly.
PPE are to be worn by all working members of staff while in close proximity to each client.
All equipment and utensils are to be sterilized after each use.
Make sure every client is wearing a facemask/covering during treatment except those with breathing difficulty or handicapped or disabled.
Towels to be washed 90 degree heat in order to kill any contamination on towels.
We will be taking a stricter approach taking information from clients for the purpose of contact tracing.
